Ether Harmony — Track Blueprint Tool for Ambient & Chill Producers

Build complete tracks. Export real MIDI. No music theory degree required.

Ether Harmony is a browser-based music idea generator built specifically for ambient, chill, psychedelic, and wellness producers. Pick a genre, spin up a chord progression, layer a melody and bass line, arrange your sections — then drag the exported MIDI straight into Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, or any other DAW.

No installation. No subscription. No internet connection after download. Everything runs locally in your browser.

What's inside

22 genre presets across 4 families

Ambient · Chill / Electronic · Psy / IDM · Wellness

From Classic Pure Ambient and Drone Ambient to Psybient, Lo-fi, IDM / Glitch, Meditation, and Sleep Music — every genre comes pre-loaded with its own scale palette, chord-quality bias, default tempo, and bass-pattern logic.

A complete 6-step workflow

1. Choose a genre — click a tile, get an instant key and BPM suggestion
2. Build a chord progression — set key, bars (4–64), and chord count; regenerate endlessly
3. Add melody & bass — 6 melody styles, 7 bass patterns, density controls for both
4. Preview in the piano roll — scrolling canvas shows chords, bass, and melody together; built-in player with BPM and volume controls
5. Arrange a full song — save sections (intro, verse, chorus, bridge…) and drag them into a timeline
6. Export MIDI — chords, melody, bass, full multi-track, or per-chord clips

6 melody styles Arpeggiated · Scalar Run · Melodic Sequence · Call & Response · Rhythmic Stab · Drone + Melody

7 bass patterns Root Held · Root Pulse · Root + Fifth · Rolling 8ths · Rolling Psy · Off-beat Dub · Glitch

Flexible MIDI export

Export individual stems or a single multi-track file. The "per chord" export drops one MIDI clip per chord — perfect for Ableton Session View or any clip-based workflow.

Who it's for

• Ambient and chill producers who want a fast starting point instead of a blank project
• Beatmakers looking for fresh chord ideas outside their usual habits
• Songwriters who want to experiment with modal harmony without writing notation by hand
• Wellness content creators who need original, royalty-free MIDI for meditation, yoga, or sleep tracks

Works with every DAW

Ableton Live · FL Studio · Logic Pro · Cubase · Bitwig · Reaper — anything that opens a .mid file.

Drag the downloaded file onto a MIDI track, swap in your favorite pad, lead, or bass plugin, and you're done.

Fully offline. Fully yours.

Nothing is recorded. Nothing is uploaded. Ether Harmony runs entirely in your browser from a single HTML file. The MIDI you export is yours — no royalties, no attribution required, no strings attached.
