EL Organic Wavetables Vol. 1 · 50 Evolving Wavetables
Fifty wavetables that breathe.
EL Organic Wavetables Vol. 1 is a collection of warm, dense, living tables for ambient, downtempo, psybient and cinematic sound design. Every table morphs smoothly through organic, resynth-style spectra: sweeping ripples, wandering formants and shifting low harmonics that change the shape of the wave you hear, not only its brightness.
Put the table position on a slow LFO or a long envelope and a single oscillator turns into a moving pad, drone or texture. Stack two tables from different groups with a little detune and the sound gets wider and more alive.

Tips
- Modulate the table position with a slow LFO or long envelope; every table is built to morph smoothly across its whole range.
- Dark / Low tables plus a low-pass filter make solid ambient basses and sub layers.
- Bright / Air tables shine with unison and a long reverb.
- Evolving tables have 2 to 4 distinct sections; a very slow sweep plays them like a short piece.
Format & compatibility
- 256 frames × 2048 samples, 32-bit float WAV, 44.1 kHz mono, with an embedded Serum-format clm marker, so the frame size is detected automatically
- Loads directly in Bitwig (Polymer, Wavetable osc, the Grid) · Serum · Serum 2 · Vital · Phase Plant · Pigments · Surge XT · Hive and most other wavetable synths
- Ableton Wavetable (Live 10.1+, Suite) loads them too, but Live converts 2048-sample frames to 1024 on import, which costs the top octave of harmonics; turn on Raw mode so Live doesn't re-normalise the morph as well
- Every table checked for DC offset, frame-boundary clicks and level dips while sweeping
- Delivered as a single .zip (~92 MB)
Who it's for
- Ambient, drone and downtempo producers who want pads that move on their own
- Psybient and cinematic sound designers building textures, basses and evolving leads
- Preset designers who want fresh, royalty-free source tables (see the licence for preset sharing)
